
Mr. Neuffer founded Envirotactics in 1995. With over 35 years of experience in performing, preparing, and reviewing environmental site assessments, site investigations, and implementing remediation technologies, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the company. His background as a former NJDEP employee provides him with a deep understanding of State and Federal laws, regulations, and protocols.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. In addition to being an LSRP, he is certified for UST Closure/Subsurface Evaluations by the NJDEP, a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) with the Institute of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers.
Throughout his career, Chris has successfully managed large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential remediation projects. His expertise lies in handling complex investigation and remediation tasks. As president, Chris has been instrumental in all business and employee decisions at Envirotactics. His leadership and example have shaped the company’s culture, which emphasizes continuous learning, attention to detail, and customer service.
